Simple-Track platform hosts a wide range of
features to accommodate different market needs.
Web-based application that requires only an
Internet connection;
Being able to use the system anywhere in the
world through any computer with Internet
connection gives fleet managers and others
greater flexibility and ease of use.
Secure multi-user architecture;
An unlimited number of users can access the same
fleet, with different access rights through the
provided secure username and password.
Real-time asset tracking on street level maps
throughout Europe and most of the world;
Our partnerships with leading map vendors gives
you access to street level map detail as well as
aerial satellite images and provide the most
advanced visibility of all your assets.
Monitoring drivers via ADR (Advanced Driver
Recognition) technology;
Each driver is given an ADR card (size of a
credit card) providing hands free driver
recognition which can be used to track driver
working hours, excess speeding, and idling
times.
Monitoring service gaps;
The application will notify the fleet manager
when the next mechanical service of the vehicle
is due.
Cargo tracking;
System administrators can allocate cargo to each
vehicle and define which client it belongs to.
The client is notified when their cargo leaves
the departure point, and is provided with a link
to track in real-time the location of their
cargo. The system also alerts the client when
the cargo reaches its destination.
Historical route display;
You can view and analyze the routes taken by
your vehicles for any given time interval in the
past. Location information is displayed in
address text format and plotted on digital maps.
Mileage reports;
You can view the real-time odometer readings of
every vehicle with 100% accuracy as the
information comes directly from the vehicle's
speed sensors. Mileage reports can be generated
for each trip. This key feature is the main tool
behind cutting down on fuel expenses.
Messaging with drivers;
You can exchange text messages just by click on
a button next to the plate number of the vehicle
on the system. This tool gives you further
access to your drivers and reduces voice
communication costs.
Telemetric data;
Any sort of digital or analog data from vehicles
that are critical to your application can be
collected and displayed on the vehicle tracking
page. Some examples are cooling bay temperature,
fuel level, and cargo bay door status. Using
telemetric data, you can make sure that the
dairy products on the cooling bay do not go bad,
the cargo bay doors are not opened before
reaching the destination point, or that there
are no abnormalities on fuel usage.
Remote controlling mission critical
functions;
Simple-Track® fleet administrator can control
various functions like remote door unlocking and
engine stopping on a push of a button. Different
security levels are applied to ensure no wrong
commands are sent.
Flexible reporting tool;
Simple-Track® comes with a number of pre-defined
reports designed to improve your fleet's
efficiency. In addition the flexible
architecture of the reporting engine enables you
to add custom reports that are critical to your
specific needs.
